Together initiative scam

I lost over 30okay usd in the October 10th liquidation throughout a flash crash.

Then I came upon about Collectively initiative which was obviouslu only a PR stunt designed to hide the fact that the entire crash was a manipulation that lasted for a number of seconds, but lengthy sufficient to rob billions of dollars from "pleased clients"

I learn the standards specified within the initiative which principally stated: 1. The losses have to be 50 usd minimum (I misplaced 30okay usd ) 2. The time of the loss should match the time of the liquidation event. (Which is strictly once I lost the money) three. I need to not be compensated already (I positive haven't been)

Anyway, I spent 100+ hours speaking with 20 totally different "help brokers" at totally different levels and I obtained tens of different explanations, some of them outright insulting my intelligence. Worse of them being:

1. We know your account didn't meet the standards of the initiative, however we can't inform you why specifically FOR SECURITY REASONS

2. We can't inform you why you didn't meet criteria for the initiative refund as a result of a particular group is engaged on it and we don't have the entry to that info.

3. We all know that the initiative has three standards, but there could be SOME OTHER CRITERIA that was not mentioned there that you simply didn't fulfill, BUT WE STILL CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT CRITERIA EXACTLY you didn't meet.

4. We'll let you already know in 10 days concerning the compensation - At the very least five agents wrote this. (Greater than a month handed, no reply in any way).

Backside line, they used each attainable excuse to not return something they stole in this crash, and in addition to avoid any duty to elucidate why I was not eligible for a refund, despite the fact that I met all of the crieteria they created themselves.

These guys are scammers, manipulators, pretending to be "helping the group", however in the long run just resorting to lies.

I hope they exit of enterprise and be held chargeable for their wrongdoings.
