My experience with Kraken - restricted account / Human support after 15 DAYS!

I am a private customer residing in Germany.

My Kraken account has been restricted for now 15 days without any explanation.

Kraken displays the message:
“Restricted services – Some services on your Kraken account are currently unavailable. Please check your emails for updates.”

As a result, I am currently unable to withdraw approximately EUR 5,070 of my own funds to my bank account.

I have contacted Kraken repeatedly and have also submitted a formal complaint, answered in 1 second without any context .

However, I have not received a clear explanation for the restriction, a concrete timetable for resolving it, or an effective method of accessing and withdrawing my funds. I didnt get any updates, answers or a contact person!

I was able to trade, but when attempting to withdraw funds, Kraken displays that there are “no assets available for withdrawal”, despite EUR funds being shown in my account.

Today I contacted Kraken support again and, after 15 days, finally received a response. Two hours later, the problem was solved. I transferred my balance and I'm OUT! Never again!

People, this is unacceptable. Be careful.
