Those of you who used crypto.com in 2025, have you found your tax documents on the app? There are none for me. Also it’s impossible to get a live person on the phone. If anyone has a number other than the one listed on the app I’ll greatly appreciate it.
Also does loss in crypto count as deductible just like loss in stocks?
It’s the only thing I’m still missing to finish my taxes. I tried to have TurboTax pull the documents directly from crypto.com and it kept getting an error. It pulled all my other documents from the other financial institution with no problems.
